Ingredients
- 2 cans of Black beans
- 2 Peppers
- 1 Large onion
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 1 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- Bread crumbs
- Feta cheese
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp Ketchup/Mayo/BBQ sauce
Steps
- 160 degree oven. Bake the beans for 15 mins
- Fry onion, peppers and garlic until soft
- Mix with everything else but the beans
- Add beans and mash with fork, leaving some chunks
- Bake for ~10 mins or Grill for ~8 mins per side

- 1 cans of Black beans
- 100g Walnuts
- 1 Medium onion
- 1 tsp crushed garlic
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Coriander
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Onion powder
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 2 tbsp Tomato puree
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- 63g All purpose flour
- (Optional) 2 tbsp Vegan BBQ sauce
Steps
- Blend the walnuts and set aside
- Fry onion and and garlic until soft
- Put everything but the walnuts in a blender
- Add mixture to the walnuts
- Add flour to the mixture. Add more if too wet
- Flour your hands and make burgers. Add a little bit of flour to make it easier if needed
- Put in freezer for 30 mins or fridge for 1 hour
- (Optional) Brush tops with BBQ sauce as you fry

- 1 Large onion
- Bread crumbs (2 or 3 slices of bread should be enough)

- Whisk the eggs in a bowl
- Mix all the ingredients to a bowl

- 28g ground flax
- 118ml water
- 114g vegan butter
- 200g granulated sugar
- 220g brown sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 125g all purpose flour
- 86g cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- (Optional) 180g chocolate chips or chocolate pieces
Steps
- Mix flax and water. Set aside
- Melt butter
- Mix butter and sugars together
- Add flax and vanilla
- Add dry ingredients (flour, cocoa powder, salt and baking powder)
- (Optional) Add half the chocolate chips/chunks
- Pour into tray lined with banking paper
- (Optional) Add other half the chocolate chips/chunks on top
- Bake for 35-40 mins in 180˚C oven
- Cool in tray for 15 mins. Take out cool for another 15-30 mins
